Unipack’s purpose-built factory occupies a large Greenfield site within easy reach of the center of Jakarta and offers efficient access to key industrial areas and transport hubs. Planned to ensure optimal material flow, the plant is fully equipped with state-of-the-art process and information technology.

In line with our belief that good machinery is the first step to quality results, only the most technically advanced machines for each stage of the process were sourced . A layout designed to facilitate management-by-walking-around, allied with a fully computerized system that ensures total traceability right back to the raw material input, ensure any irregularities are detected, and solved, the instant they occur.

Built to stringent environmental and safety standards, the plant has full waste recycling capacity and a comprehensive fire prevention system. All aspects of the production process were designed from the outset to be ISO 9000 compliant.
